MUNICIPALITIES:
For those seeking a fixed income portfolio, we take our time to structure these instruments in accordance with your investment policy statement & use custodians with which you are familiar, like Charles Schwab.

NON-PROFITS:
We help you preserve your donor's endowed legacy by creating a portfolio that will maintain funds and generate income for your organization's mission.
As a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy, there is more than just a passing knowledge of charitable giving vehicles. Therefore, we are also able to invest the donor's assets inside these vehicles in a manner that does not compromise the integrity of how the planned giving tools are designed to function for the benefit of the donor or the non-profit.

PHILANTHROPIC PLANNING:

In addition to writing a check, let's talk about gifting
appreciated assets.
We will explore having an impact on the organization (s) you want to support and achieving an optimal effect on your finances by minimizing your taxes.

For individuals who are charitably inclined, and want to minimize their tax burden, we consider these seven important factors, & design a written planned giving plan which outlines the most appropriate charitable giving vehicle (s).

  • Which organizations or causes one is passionate about supporting

  • Family Dynamics

  • Assets one wishes to leave / gift to heirs (Tax effectiveness)

  • Assets one wishes to leave / gift charity (Tax effectiveness)

  • Current estate plan

  • Current tax situation

  • Projected tax burden as a result of liquidation event

FOR CORPORATIONS:
Because you give to the community and encourage your employees to do the same, consider offering our written planned giving plan as a perk for your executives.
